Because culinary activities can present risks, Oishii nihongo depends on you to use your good judgment and reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others. Please follow the directions of the teachers carefully. If you have any questions, whatsoever, about your ability to safely follow any instruction you are given, please immediately alert the teachers.
By Completing this form, you acknowledge, agree, and understand that your participation is voluntary and you assume the risks associated with the culinary activity in which you will be participating. Such risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, foodborne illness, contraction of viruses from other participants, allergic reaction (as Oishii nihongo is not allergen-free) or other harm. You and you alone, are solely responsible for taking proper care to limit your risk of injury or harm.
All photos taken in class may be used for marketing purposes.

Cancellation Policy
1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit.
48 HOURS NOTICE: You may transfer your registration to someone else, but no refund or credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name.
